Delicious Roasted Butternut Squash
This recipe goes great with a summer BBQ, a nice steak dinner, or even an after-work snack. My family leaves no leftovers of this yum yum. :)

Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Peel and deseed, and cut the butternut squash into bite size pieces (can substitute with fresh prepared squash cubes as well).
* Step 3
Toss the squash and oil/ melted butter in mixing bowl
* Step 4
Sprinkle 2-4 Tablespoons of taco seasoning over the squash. Salt and pepper. Toss the squash and add to a baking sheet.
* Step 5
Place the squash in the oven and cook until easily pierced with a fork or done to your liking.
