Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and boil chicken breast (45min~) (big pot)

Boil 3 potatoes in medium pot (don't peel)

Make salsa de chile:

* Step 4

Boil 4 Chile California, 1 Chile ancho un small pot

Place the Chile's in the blender (cold with water) add 1 garlic tooth (peel first) in the blender. Add 1 clove in the blender. Add 1 teaspoon small rounded of Knorr. blend well then place in tupperware.

Salsa de jitomate:

* Step 7

In another small pot Add 1 tooth of garlic (peel), 1 clove, 1 flat teaspoon oregano seco, black pepper as seen fit. Add salt (1 teaspoon flat) When the tomato is done cooking add it to the blender. (no liquid) Blend well. then place in Tupperware.

* Step 8

Cut 4 thin slices of onion.

* Step 9

Tear apart the chicken with spoon / fork or wait till cold then tear apart.

* Step 10

Add to Tupperware
