Vavo's Gooey Banana Bread
My kids forever cut the middle out of banana bread because it was "gewey". With this recipe, the whole loaf is so moist that they don't have to fight over the middle piece.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven to 350, place rack in the center
* Step 2
Butter a glass bread pan and line with parchment paper. Butter the inside of the parchment paper as well
* Step 3
In a medium mixing bowl, combine eggs, buttermilk, vanilla, softened butter, sugar and squished bananas. Beat on medium speed until creamy, about 4 minutes
* Step 4
In a separate medium mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt, whisk until mixed thoroughly
* Step 5
Slowly add dry ingredients to banana mixture with mixed on medium until well blended
* Step 6
Fold batter into bread pan and put in oven on center rack
* Step 7
Bake for 1 hour 15 min and check center for movement by lightly pressing with finger, cook until desired firmness is achieved (more firm equals less gewey)
* Step 8
Remove from oven and let cool in pan for 30 min.
* Step 9
Remove from pan and let finish cooling on cooling rack
