Vavo Sauce Balsamic Reduction

A family favorite on everything from salads to seafood to Italian butter. This is a simple sauce that has a long shelf life and adds an unexpected kick of sweet, sour and sassy

Ingredient

Cooking time :

15 minutes
1 cup

honey

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Combine ingredients in sauce pan, whisk over medium heat until brown sugar and honey are dissolved

* Step 2

Carefully bring to a full boil, watch for boiling over

* Step 3

Reduce to a rolling boil and reduce by 10%, about 10 minutes

* Step 4

Let cool and bottle for daily use, keep refrigerated
