Peanut butter chocolate chip cookies

These cookies are vegan, gluten free and dairy free!

Ingredient

vanilla

1/2 tsp

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 350

* Step 2

Make flax egg in small bowl by combining flax seed meal and water let sit for 5 mins

* Step 3

In a large mixing bowl add brown sugar, monk fruit, and nut butters, mix thoroughly until combined

* Step 4

Add your flax egg, vanilla, baking powder and soda, and salt mix until combined

* Step 5

Fold in chocolate chips

* Step 6

Line cookie try with parchment and roll dough into 1 inch balls bake for 10-12 mins or enjoy the dough raw as it has no eggs:)
