Crispy Cheesy Spicy Home Fries
Cobbled together from a few online sources and my own experiments. Doesn’t have to be too spicy; just leave out the pepper/ chili ingredients if preferred.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Prepare all veggies and whisk together your spice mix in a small bowl.
* Step 2
Melt butter in a large, cover-able pan, along with a decent pool of olive oil, over medium heat and mix.
* Step 3
Set potatoes in pan in single layer and cover. Cook undisturbed effectively steaming while frying, 10 minutes.
* Step 4
Uncover, flip all potatoes with spatula, add onions, cover and cook undisturbed, 10 minutes.
* Step 5
Uncover and thoroughly stir in spice mix, garlic, and green pepper.
* Step 6
Potatoes should be close to crispy if not already. Stir and flip occasionally to crisp as desired, another 5-10 minutes. Raise to medium high heat if it’s not close enough.
* Step 7
When you’re satisfied with MOST of the potatoes, add cheddar cheese and fold in until nice and melty.
* Step 8
Top with parsley and serve immediately, preferably with some eggs and toast!
