All in one pan Chicken dinner

This has to be the easiest way to make a full meal all at once! I used 4 breasts and 8 thighs here. I didn't have the italian seasoning mix so I used 1 pkg lipton onion soup mix and coated the chicken and another pack to toss the potatoes in, did that in gallon baggies then laid it out in the dish covered and baked for 1 1/2 hours.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°

* Step 2

Arrange in a 9x13 dish, place the raw chicken down center of dish.

* Step 3

Place quartered potatoes on one side, place drained green beans down the other side.

* Step 4

Sprinkle with Italian dressing mix, then top with melted butter.

* Step 5

Cover with foil and bake for about 1 hour or longer until chicken and potatoes are cooked through.
