Pumpkin Spice Cake

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 350° and grease 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray

* Step 2

In a bowl add cake mix, water, eggs, and vegetable oil. Add pumpkin puree and mix with a hand mixer

* Step 3

Pour in to the 9x13 pan and bake 35 to 40 minutes

* Step 4

When you pull the cake out of the oven while the cake is still warm poke holes in the cake with end of a wooden spoon

* Step 5

Put 1/2 cup of the caramel sauce in the microwave an heat 20-40 seconds so it will pour easy. Pour over the entire cake making sure to fill all the holes.

* Step 6

While the cake is cooling, make the frosting. In a bowl add the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk. Mix with a hand mixer until smooth.

* Step 7

Add the whipped topping and fold into the cream cheese mixture

* Step 8

Spread the icing over the cake filling the holes until smooth

* Step 9

Warm the rest of the caramel and drizzle over the top of the cake.
