Jalapeño Corn Muffin
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line muffin baking. (Panaskan oven di suhu 350 F. Siapkan loyang muffin)
* Step 2
Over a medium heat, pour 2 tablespoons vegetable oil into a small saucepan. Sauté the jalapeño until wilted. Set aside.(Di atas api sedang, panaskan 2 sendok makan minyak goreng. Tumis jalapeño sampai layu. Sisihkan)
* Step 3
In a big bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt until blended. Make a center in flour mixture (Dalam wadah besar, campur tepung jagung, tepung serbaguna, pengembang kue, gula pasir, dan garam sampai merata. Buat lubang di tengah-tengah campuran tepung)
* Step 4
Add in milk, oil and eggs. Mix until just combined. Do not over mix. (Masukkan susu cair, minyak goreng dan telur. Aduk rata, jangan over mix)
* Step 5
Then fold in jalapeño and mix until just combined. (Masukkan jalapeño, aduk)
* Step 6
Pour the batter into muffin line 2/3 full. Sprinkle the top with gauda cheese. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. (Tuang adonan ke loyang muffin sebanyak 2/3 loyang muffin. Tabur keju gauda. Panggang selama 20-25 menit atau sampai tusuk gigi kekuar bersih ketika ditusuk di tengah-tengah muffin)
* Step 7
Cool 5 minute before removing from pan. (Diamkan selama 5 menit sebelum mengeluarkan dari loyang)
