Fresh Green Papaya Salad
I used 2 fresh red Thai chili, but you can adjust the spice to your taste😉.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a pestle and mortal (You can use blender or a chopper), grind the salt, brown sugar, garlic, Thai chili and mushroom seasoning powder into a paste.(ulek garam, gula merah, cabai rawit, bawang putih dan bubuk kaldu jamur sampai halus)
* Step 2
Add in peanuts, crush into a medium chunks. Then add in soy sauce, fish sauce, water and lime juice. Combine well. (Masukkan kacang tanah, lalu ulek kasar. Lalu masukkan kecap asin, kecap ikan, air matang dan perasan jeruk nipis. Aduk rata)

Adjust the flavor to suit your taste (Koreksi rasa)

Arrange the green papaya in a plate. Pour the sauce and cherry tomatoes over the green papaya Use fork to blend the sauce until green papaya fully coated. Toss in scallion. (Letakkan pepaya muda di dalam piring, kemudian tuang sauce dan tomat cherry di atasnya. Dengan menggunakan garpu, aduk sampai pepaya muda tercampur rata dengan saus. Tabur dengan daun bawang)
