Skillet Lasagna

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
The large skillet over medium high heat. Add sausage, ground turkey, celery and onion; cooking star 6 to 8 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink. Store in marinara sauce and water bring to a boil. Store in pasta reduce heat to medium low; cover and cook for 12 minutes.
* Step 2
Stir in zucchini and bell pepper; cover and cook two minutes. Uncover; cook for six minutes or until vegetables are crisp tender.
* Step 3
Sprinkle with mozzarella. Combine ricotta and Parmesan in small bowl; mix well. Drop by rounded teaspoons falls over pasta mixture in skillet. Remove from heat cover and let stand for 10 minutes.
* Step 4
Sprinkle parsley on top; servie and enjoy.
