Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Whisk everything except the cabbage until creamy.

* Step 2

If using whole cabbage; cut off the cap (about 1” off the top) straight through, discard. Cut 3 slices about 1/2” thick. Take out any core pieces that clump together. Lay each piece flat and cut into 8 pie pieces. Loosen the leaves.

* Step 3

Mix cream with cabbage.
