Chickpea Spinach Curry

It is a flavorful vegetarian dish healthy for the body.

Ingredient

chickpea

3 cloves

garlic minced

1 tsp

cumin

1 tsp

coriander

1 tsp

turmeric

2 cups

spinach

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until fragrant.

* Step 2

2. Add the cumin, coriander, turmeric, and garam masala to the pan. Stir well to coat the onions and garlic in the spices.

* Step 3

3. Pour in the diced tomatoes and chickpeas. Stir to combine all the ingredients.

* Step 4

4. Let the curry simmer for about 10-15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
