Bánh tráng Crackers
Some time ago I watched in YouTube about how you can make crackers from rice paper or bánh tráng. I always stock some! I think it's a marvelous idea. We eat this with savory peanut sauce. Make sure the oil is really hot and watch the crackers carefully. It takes seconds (two, maybe?) to fry this, be careful and make sure to pick the crackers right away from the pan.
Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Fold the bánh tráng into smaller pieces. Fold in two, then fold again two times more while breaking the rice paper.
* Step 3
Put the rice paper on the pan. Pick it up after a few seconds. Of course you can fry all pieces right away, but I think it's best if you fry one by one.
