Kawista Jelly
I have some kawista (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Limonia_acidissima) syrup at home. I thought it would taste great in jelly form. You can substitute kawista syrup with other syrup.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Whisk boiling water with gelatin until well-combined.
* Step 2
Add syrup and sugar. Whisk thoroughly until gelatin dissolves.
* Step 3
Pour into molds and wait for it to cool. Store in a fridge for a couple of hours until firm.
* Step 4
Cut into cubes and enjoy!
