Potato and Peas Casserole

Had some leftover mashed potatoes. I was too lazy to turn it into patties or something. My boy loves this. Next time, he requested that I should add some cheese.

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 servings
1 1/2 cup

mashed potatoes

1 tbsp

butter

1/2 tbsp

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix all ingredients except parsley flakes.

* Step 2

Pour into a casserole dish.

* Step 3

Top with parsley flakes. Bake about 30 minutes in 175 Celcius degrees.
