Musacaa is Egyptian dish made out of mainly eggplant and other vegetable. It is good to eat with some pita bread

Ingredient

Food ration :

2-4 servings

pepper

1 tsp

paprika

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut the bellpepper,tomato, pepper and onion as shown in the picture. And in the other plate separate the onion and 2 cloves of garlic cut into small pieces for saute.

Preheat the oven Into 190 degree and bake the eggplant and pepper sprinkle some olive oil

In a small pan in a medium heat, sautΓ© garlic and onion bell pepper and when its sight brown add the beef. Cook for 10 minutes and add the tomato sauce and cut tomato and onion boil for 5 minutes

* Step 4

After the sautΓ© beef is cooked add the eggplant that you bake and the pepper. Boil them for another 5 minutes all together then it was ready to serve.
