Aalo matar pulao

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash the rice 2,3 times then soaked it 10 minutes.

* Step 2

In a cooker add oil when oil is heat add cumin seeds it's crackle then add onion,potato and peas fry it 1 minute then add carrot,tomato fry it then add soaked rice add water then add salt,garam masala and pepper powder stir it close the lid properly.

* Step 3

Cook it for two whistle on high flame. Let the cooker cool down completely(do not open in between).

* Step 4

Pulao is ready to serve. Garnish with coriander leaves.
