Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a pressure cooker add pumpkin,potatoes and little water close the lid and cook it for 1 whistle.

* Step 2

Now open the cooker and blend with blender Now take a pan add butter and 2 tsp oil then add garlic,ginger paste stir it then add onion stir it then add tomatoes and cover the lid when it's become soft.

* Step 3

Now open the lid add capsicum stir for a minute then add all the spices and food colour cook it for a minute then add vegetables paste and lemon juice and cook it 3,4 minutes.

* Step 4

Pav bhaji is ready. Serve with pav and onion.
