Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a pan add 1 tbsp oil when it is hot add cumin seeds, onion, cashew and almond fry it then add garlic cloves and ginger and tomato fry it when they are transparent.

* Step 2

Turn off the flame. Let's it cool then blend this and make a smooth puree.

* Step 3

Take the same pan add oil and butter when it is hot add puree and fry it for 7-8 minutes. Then add malai and mix well.

* Step 4

Then add all spices and fry it few seconds add milk bowl it then add 1 glass water bowl it. Add cheese and shahi paneer masala fry it for few seconds.

* Step 5

Shahi paneer is ready. Serve hot with chapati.
