Moong dal dahi bhalle

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Grind the dal in a grindar to make a fine and thick batter. Take out the mixture in a bowl add salt and mix it together using hands in a single direction.

* Step 2

Add baking soda and whisk it again.

* Step 3

Heat a kadai add oil and take a small spoon of mixture and deep fry them until they are golden brown in colour.

* Step 4

Once it's fried take out the vadas in water and leave it for 15-20 minutes.

* Step 5

After that press the vadas and drain out the water and take out them in a bowl.

* Step 6

Now blend the yougrt and take all the yourgt mixture all over the vadas and add green and tamarind chutney all over the vadas.

* Step 7

Sprinkle some salt,red chilli powder,chat masala,garam masala,cumin seeds powder.

* Step 8

Dahi vada are ready to served chilled.
