Dry Curry Wings

Sometimes simple is better. I wanted to try something different, something not wet on my wings. I also love English Curry (yellow curry powder), so what can I do to combine things to come up with a dry spice based off English Curry. This had a perfect balance I think. A light curry flavor (on the wings), not spicy, really good. If your wings have more oil on the outside, more powder will stick and give you a heavier flavor. But since it seems pretty balanced, not really a bad deal either. Deep fry, bake, grill or air fry those wings and give this shake on seasoning a try. You won't need a dozen napkins either. Note, - I only used about 1/4 of the powder for this amount of wings, so it makes plenty.
