Diet Menu

Because I like toufu so I put my favorite into my diet menu.

Ingredient

Food ration :

2 portion
25 gr

toufu

1

egg

1 stalk

spring onion

2 cloves

garlic

1 pinch

salt

1 spoonful

cornstarch

2 bowl

water

Leaves

coriander

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut all the igredients: toufu, tomatos, spring onion and leaves coriander into small pieces

* Step 2

Minced garlic

* Step 3

Saute garlic and spring onion until fragrant, put tomatos and corn in.

* Step 4

Add salt and stir fried for a moment

* Step 5

Add water then put toufu in

* Step 6

Add pepper and salt then let it boil

* Step 7

In the meantime, mixed cornstarch with a little bit of water and beat the egg in digferent bowl

* Step 8

If the soup boiling, add cornstarch water so the soup get thicken

* Step 9

Put beaten egg as well and let it boil for a minute

* Step 10

Put minced leaves coriander in, and done!!
