Fish Porridge

‘Hey weather! Please make up your mind!’ It’s so cold in the morning and it’s so hot in the afternoon. A lot of people get sick. It’s time to eat some warm porridge to keep us healthy. IG @jenscookingdiary @jenscookdineandtravel

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Put the rice in the blender with 1 cup water. Make rough purée rice (not too long so the rice won’t be too soft like baby food).

* Step 2

Boil the rest of the water. Add rice purée.

* Step 3

Add garlic, ginger, fish, salt, and pepper. Keep stirring until boiling.

* Step 4

Serve warm with green onions garnish dan soy sauce condiments! 😋
