Coconut egg custard

Dip to toasted bread or banana fritter! I would love to add some pandan paste to enhance the flavour and colour, though.

Ingredient

1.5 tbsp

tapioca flour

1/2 cup

water

1/4 cup

sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix all ingredients to combine well

Pour to saucepan, bring to simmer, turn off heat, whisk it throughly

* Step 3

If its lumpy, blitz it up and it will become smooth and set aside to cool down and set.
