To make Caesar salad dressing:

Add mayonnaise and whisk until creamy.

Stir parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.

Grilled chicken caesar salad wraps:

* Step 5

Salt and pepper the chicken breasts. Heat olive oil in a large oven safe skillet over medium high heat.

* Step 6

Place the chicken breasts in the skillet and cook for 3 minutes per side. Then place the chicken in the oven for 10 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken breast reach 73ºC. Remove the chicken from the oven and place on a cutting board.

Meanwhile, chop the lettuce into 1 inch pieces and place it, along with parmesan cheese, into a large bowl.

* Step 8

Chop the chicken breast into bite sized pieces, and add it to the lettuce and cheese.

* Step 9

Pour 1/2 cup of the salad dressing over the salad and toss to combine. Add the croutons and hard boiled egg and toss again. Add more dressing if wanted.

* Step 10

Spoon 1/4 of the Caesar salad into a flour tortilla. Fold in the sides, and roll the tortilla up tucking the top of the tortilla over the salad and rolling tight.

Serve immediately
