Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Prepare the dough, as directed on the back of the package.
* Step 2
In a small bowl, mix the ground pork, onion, soy sauce and pepper.
* Step 3
Cut the Chinese sausage into thick slices and the hardboiled egg in half or quarters.
* Step 4
When the dough is set, take about 50 grams of dough and roll out into a circle so that it’s about 1/4 an inch thick. Place s heaping 2 tsp of the pork mix, a few slices of sausage, and the sliced egg inside.
* Step 5
Bring the sides of the dough up and twist to seal in a tight bun inside. Pinch to patch up any holes. Place the bun on a square of parchment paper.
* Step 6
Steam the buns for about 20 minutes. The dough will puff up and the pork should be throughly cooked.
