Mildly sweet n sour tofu salad
Stir fried in tomato juices
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chop garlic and chilli, lightly fry in olive oil
* Step 2
Add diced vegetables with tomato and stir-fry. Crush tomatos till juices spread at the bottom of the pan
* Step 3
Add Worcestershire sauce, and chicken stock/ fennel powder mix in 100g warm water
* Step 4
Add tofu, diced. Stirfry till veges get chewy (not too soft, density in fibres retained)
* Step 5
Garnish with basil leaves
