Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First take a small bowl and put vinegar, oil, lemon juice, parsley, garlic, oregano, salt & pepper as per taste and mix well.
* Step 2
Cut Cucumber, Capsicum, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Onion in bite size chunks or cubes.
Take a large bowl and mix them all together.
Lettuce is optional.
* Step 3
Add Dressing just made and Sliced Black Olives then mix well.
* Step 4
Serve the salad in a deep salad plate with Feta Cheese Dices on top. Sprinkle some oregano over the salad. Now Greek Salad is ready.... Thanks for reading my recipe.
