Omu-Okonomiyaki (Japanese as-you-like pancake wrapped with egg)
Cooking instructions
* Step 2
First fry Yakisoba noodle with vegetable oil. Make small crepe with batter.
* Step 3
Place much shredded cabbage, pork, fried onion and some green onion on crepe. And sprinkle flour batter on it.
* Step 4
Flip the okonomiyaki over and cook the other side. And press it with spatula.
* Step 5
In another frying pan, lightly fry the eggs. Place the stir-fried noodles, green onions, and bonito flakes neatly on top of the okonomiyaki.
* Step 6
Cover okonomiyaki with fried egg and wrap it like ball
* Step 7
Garnish with green onion and bonito flakes.
* Step 8
Sprinkle Japanese okonomiyaki or Tonkatsu sauce and mayonnaise. Any sauce is ok.
