Japanese Shrimp Fry and Miso Soup

I bought big shrimps today. So I made shrimp fry and good stock for Miso soup.

Ingredient

1 tablespoon

chopped spring onion

2 tablespoon

mayonnaise

1 tablespoon

yogurt

1/2 teaspoon

honey

2 tablespoon

miso

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Unfrozen shrimps and remove shells. Please don’t throw shells away.

Take the shrimp's back intestine and make a notch to stretch the shrimp.

Powder shrimps and put it in egg then panko bread crumbs.

Fry in vegetable oil until good brown.

Make mayonnaise sauce. This sauce is so nice.

Eating shrimp-fry with curry and rice is so yummy.

In 500ml water, put shrimp shells and bonito flake and boil for 3 minutes.

Drain stock with colander. Cook vegetable or tofu in stock and season with miso.
