Japanese Easter Mochi

This is Tofu Mochi and so soft. You can make this with easy ingredients.

Ingredient

4 tablespoon

glutinous rice flour

1-1.5 tablespoon

sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Put tofu in dry ingredients and mix.

* Step 2

Use a tea strainer to make the egg yolks finer.

* Step 3

Mix egg yolk with 1 tablespoon mochi dough and make yellow mochi.

* Step 4

Make yellow small balls and wrap with white mochi dough. Make egg shape. During this step use glutinous rice flour dusting on hand.

* Step 5

Boil mochi for 3 minutes. And cool in water.

Garnish egg mochi with green.
