mayonnaise

soy sauce

ginger paste

1/2 tablespoon

garlic minced

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut chicken into bite size. Marinate chicken with seasoning mixture for 20 minutes.

Put Katakuriko starch (any starch ok) and fry in vegetable oil for 4-5 minutes.
