🌀Swirl Cheese and Dry Fruit Bread
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Beat egg and sugar. Add warm milk, dried yeast and vegetable oil.
* Step 2
Put flour and salt. Mix and knead well. Cover with film and rest until the dough is double in size.
* Step 3
Divide dough into 2 pieces. Knead and rest for a while.
* Step 4
Roll dough thinly with rolling pin and spread softened butter on dough. Cut cheese (hard type).
* Step 5
Put cheese and grapes on dough like these photos. And roll dough tightly from bottom.
* Step 6
Twist the rolled dough as much as possible. Then swirl the dough.
* Step 7
Rest for a while. Brush egg on dough.
* Step 8
Bake in 180℃ preheated oven for 15~20 minutes. And brush maple syrup
