Pork and Vegetable Miso Soup
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Put water, dried kelp and dried fishes and stay for a few hours. Add bonito flakes and start boiling.
* Step 2
Turn off the flame just before boiling and remove all to make good stock.
* Step 4
Put all in soup stock. Simmer for 5 minutes after boiling.
* Step 5
Put miso in soup and add soy sauce to taste.
* Step 6
Enjoy with Shichimi chili 🌶 powder.
