Beetroot Caprese

Beetroot is good for health, so called blood vegetable.

Ingredient

olive oil

lemon

1/2-1 tablespoon

grain mustard

1/2-1 teaspoon

garlic

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Put lemon juice, grain mustard, garlic, salt and pepper in olive oil. And marinate beetroot in olive oil mixture for 5 minutes.
