Tofu Aburaage Fry

Ingredient

1/2

tofu

1 tablespoon

tapioca powder

1/2-1 tablespoon

oyster sauce

1 teaspoon

minced garlic

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix all ingredients and seasonings with hand.

* Step 2

Cut Aburaage into half and make pockets. Put tofu mixture in Aburaage. And fry both side on pan without oil for 5-6 minutes at low flame.

Cut half.

Serve with Onigiri rice balls. Let’s eat lunch👏
