Beef and Red Beans Samosa
My Uzbekistan friend taught me this samosa. This is her winning recipe of beans cooking contest by Tokyo Times in Japan. #東京新聞 #全国豆類振興会 #pieseason #christmas
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Ingredients: mix butter with bread flour with hand.
* Step 2
Mix yogurt, egg, baking powder and salt. Add to flour and mix well.
* Step 3
Knead for a while and make smooth dough. Cut half and wrap with film. Rest it for 15 minutes in refrigerator.
* Step 4
Cut beans, potato and onion small with food processor. Mix all with seasonings.
* Step 5
Spread samosa dough very big.
* Step 6
Cut into 8 pieces. Roll beans mixture with dough.
* Step 7
Put egg on them and sprinkle sesame seeds. Bake in 200℃ preheated oven for 20~25 minutes
