Japanese Yakitori (焼鳥 skewer-grilled chicken)②
At Yakitori shop and Yakitori restaurant in Japan there’re so many kinds of Yakitori. We can choose the part of chicken and the seasoning( salt or Yakitori sauce). #cookevrypart #WasteWarrior
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preparing chicken heart: remove fat and cut into half and wash well. Clean blood in heart. Wash 2-3 times.
* Step 2
Boil 1-2 minutes and skewer.
* Step 3
Remove skin and boil in boiling water for a minute.
* Step 4
Cut chicken skin and skewer.
* Step 5
Cut chicken thigh and spring onion into bite size. And skewer like this photo.
* Step 6
Oil on grill pan and sprinkle salt. Grill until crispy and juicy. You can use oven or barbecue Yakitori outside.
* Step 7
Enjoy with Shichimi chili powder 🌶
