Yakult Bread (lactic acid drink)
Yakult is Japanese famous lactic acid drink. I think if I can make bread fermented with Yakult lactic acid bacteria how is the taste? Soft and delicious ❣️A little sour❣️#CelebrateBread #Yakult
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix Yakult and 2 tablespoon flour and cover with net. Leave it in room temperature.
* Step 2
After 3 days it started bubbling and increasing and put more flour every day.
* Step 3
After 5 days. I thought it’s enough to make bread. Put more flour, salt and butter. Knead well to make soft dough.
* Step 4
After rest for a half day make small balls and rest for 1 hour.
* Step 5
Bake in 180℃ preheated oven for 18 minutes.
