Japanese Beef with Rice 牛丼

I often make this beef rice 牛丼 with very thin sliced beef.

Ingredient

Food ration :

2 people

Cooking time :

20 minutes
2 tablespoon

soy sauce

2 tablespoon

sugar

1 tablespoon

grated ginger

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Slice onion and make seasonings in pan. Cook onion first. If your beef is not so thin please cook beef first.

When onion is cooked put beef and cook softly

Put on cooked rice and sprinkle Shichimi chili powder.
