A mysterious pudding cake that can be baked together without mixing the pudding liquid and cake batter while in oven.

boiling water

200 ml
milk

3 tablespoon
flour
15 g
melted butter
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Make caramel with sugar and water. Put caramel in buttered bowl.
* Step 2
Mix egg, milk, sugar and vanilla. Strain pudding mixture with colander. Pour in bowl.
* Step 3
Beat egg, egg white and sugar. Add flour and melted butter.
* Step 4
Pour cake batter on pudding mixture. Batter will not mix with pudding mixture.
* Step 5
Bake in 160℃ preheated oven for 30 minutes.
* Step 6
Cool in refrigerator.
* Step 7
