Pumpkin Bread (+glutinous rice flour)

Dried yeast is interesting. It ferments anything. I added glutinous rice flour to make it very soft.

Ingredient

200 g

pumpkin

1

egg

2 tablespoon

sugar

1/2 teaspoon

salt

3 tablespoon

glutinous rice flour

9 tablespoon

bread flour

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut and microwave pumpkin. Soak dried grape. Put eggs and pumpkin in a food processor and smooth.

Put dry ingredients and mix with spatula well.

Mix well and make smooth dough. Kneading is not necessary. Cover with film and rest the dough until the size is double. Then mix again with spatula and add raisins and rest again.

Put the bread dough in mold. And rest for 20 minutes.

Powder on dough and bake in 170℃ preheated oven for 20 minutes.
