My friend brought me so big broccolis from his vegetable patch. I made IKEA Broccoli cake. #SeasonalCooking#CookEveryPart#broccoli
Ingredient
200 g
boiled broccoli
2
potatoes
1/2
onion
2 tablespoon
tapioca powder
1
egg
1.5 teaspoon
Maggie powder or chicken powder
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Fresh broccolis. Peel potatoes.
* Step 2
Chop potatoes, onions and broccoli using a food processor
* Step 3
Put tapioca powder, egg, Maggie powder and pepper. Mix well and fry in pan till good brown.
* Step 4
Enjoy with ketchup or your favorite sauce 🥦
