Mochi 餅 Glutinous Rice Cake
Mochi, glutinous rice cake, is an indispensable food for the New Year. It can be easily made using parts for kneading food processors and mixers.#newyear#japanesetraditional

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak sticky rice for more than 1 hour. Drain water and cook with 200 ml water. I used rice cooker.
* Step 2
Knead glutinous rice with a food processor. Please note that if you knead it too much, it will become too soft.
* Step 3
Put starch powder (rice powder, corn starch) in tray. Put Mochi on starch and sprinkle starch on Mochi and cool in room temperature.
* Step 5
Butter soy sauce Mochi: melt butter in pan put Mochi on it and sprinkle soy sauce. Wrap with Nori seaweed sheet.
* Step 6
This is my family favorite Mochi. It's even more delicious with cheese and ham.
