Korean Noodle ‘Japchae’ 잡채

#mycookbook I like Korean Japchae. My friend sometimes brought me this delicious Korean Noodle.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix sauce ingredients.

Shred vegetables, beef and soaked shiitake mushrooms. Mix 1 tablespoon Japchae sauce with beef and shiitake mushroom. And stay for 15 minutes.

* Step 3

Boil Japchae noodles for 5 minutes and drain colander. Wash in cold water and sprinkle sesame oil (1 tablespoon option)

Fry vegetables and season salt and pepper.

* Step 5

In big bowl mix fried beef, vegetables and mushroom. And season with Japchae sauce to taste.
