Muscat Tart

I went to grape farm to buy this muscat. Making this tart is a little complicated but using food processor makes simple. So delicious 😋#wonkyautumn

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Grape farm in Saitama I visited.

* Step 2

Mix all tart cookies ingredients in food processor. You don’t need to wash food processor every steps.

* Step 3

Spread dough with rolling pin and put it in tart mold.

* Step 4

Mix ②almond cream ingredients in food processor. Put it on tart dough.

* Step 5

Make ③almond cream and put it on

* Step 6

Bake in 180℃ preheated oven for 45 minutes.

Put ④cream ingredients in pan and cook stirring at low flame until thickened.

* Step 8

Cool tart and cream. Spread cream on top and decorate with muscat.
