This is Yakitori ’Tsukune’ served in Japanese pub. We eat this with Sichimi pepper and raw egg yolk.#cookingtips

Ingredient

1 tablespoon

soy sauce

1 teaspoon

starch powder

1 tablespoon

sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

How to cut spring onion easily: make diagonal cut both side and cut.

Mix chicken, spring onion, starch, pepper and soy sauce with hand.

Boil asparagus and skewer and sprinkle flour. If you have thick skewers, you don't need asparagus.

Wrap with chicken.

Fry for 5 minutes both side with low flame.

Make Teriyaki sauce if you don’t have Mirin please use 1 teaspoon honey. Cook until the sauce is thickened.
