I made Gyoza yesterday but I still had Gyoza sheets. This is so tasty with quail eggs.#budgetbasics

Ingredient

1/2 teaspoon

grated ginger

1/3 teaspoon

salt

1/2 teaspoon

soy sauce

12 sheets

gyoza skin

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix ingredients well.

Put meat mixture and quail eggs in cups.

Fry with vegetable oil till the bottom of gyoza getting crispy. Then steam with 1/3 cup water.

Steam with lid until the water runs out.
