New Onion and Cucumber Salad
My elder friend Nobuyo is so good cooker. So I introduce her cooking here as Grandma Nobuyo’s recipes. This salad is so tasty and I made this several times already. Today I didn’t have chickpeas so I used Edamame instead.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Slice vegetables and put salt. Wait for the water is coming out.
* Step 2
Wash cucumber, cabbage and onion in water and squeeze very tight. Cut apple thinly.
* Step 3
Mix dressing ingredients.
* Step 4
Mix well all with mayonnaise mixture.
